I seem to think I can get through and deal with my medical issues; I can now work through them with more optimism and enlightenment.

“I remember it was just before I had to write the Common Entrance Exams. I used to get very nervous and stressed when I would think about the exams.  When Mom suggested I try coming to you I was a bit nervous at first but then you explained what it was about and it did not include the needles :-) I remember getting so relaxed with you that I would fall asleep.

 

The beads helped me to feel very calm and relaxed and I was able to focus more on my work and not get so worried. What I liked best is that I was able to stay calm during the week. I think I was able to focus a lot more on my work and not so much on how well I was going to do.”
